The primary antagonist of Deltarune's third chapter, acting as the host of "TV Time" and holding Toriel captive at the behest of the Roaring Knight.
He appears as a humanoid Darkner with a CRT for a head and a long pointy nose, wearing a red tailcoat and black pants. Unlike other characters his sprites are rendered from a 3D model.
