Roland's brother-in-law and Angelica's brother.
He has long flowing white hair, blue eyes, and wears a blue cape and jacket with black pants and white gloves, most of these clothes gold trimmed.
Carries a scythe as his weapon.
In his Distorted form, his head resembles a cloud with one big eye.
He's often drawn resembling a small one-eyed cloud or animal in this form (post #6975221).
