A Boku no Hero Academia character created by Abara Chiita as part of a Pixiv contest. As she was the winner, Bubble Girl became part of the series' universe as of Chapter 126. She serves as Sir Nighteye's sidekick.
Real name appears to be Awata Kaoruko.
Her hero costume consists of a diving mask, a very short cropped blue shirt worn underneath a white cropped jacket that reveals underboob, blue gloves, a pair of blue leggings underneath a pair of open white shorts, and a pair of white knee boots.
