Cereal Cookie, is a Cookie who was created for Cookie Run: OvenBreak sometime during or before April 2022. Cereal Cookie was first made publicly known in DevNow 2022, where during the Cookie Run: OvenBreak segment, a variety of concept designs for Cookies that were both released and unreleased were displayed. Later that day, CM Rose hosted a livestream where some of the concept art was displayed in high quality, including Cereal Cookie.

Cereal Cookie's pet is 두유 팩, translated as "Soy Milk Pack". Based on concept art, Cereal Cookie is a busy school student who enjoys eating cereal quickly for the day to go by faster. Their skill appears to involve the Cookie jumping into a bowl of cereal with soy milk being poured inside.
