ちこいさん (Chikoi-san)
A Nijiura Maid. She is a minigirl. Her name comes from ちっこい (chikkoi) - "small." She is almost always depicted with short blue hair and an orange maid uniform.
Often seen with CE-tan, Makibishi, and Mobiko.
