cleft anus
Deformation of the sphincter muscle of the anus and is a normal condition, but the anus is elongated vertically to an unusual degree. The key feature is the vertical opening rather than the overall shape, suggesting that the anus in images using this tag has been used roughly. In most cases, it is depicted with fine wrinkles, similar to puckered_anus.
However, while it resembles puckered anus, the intended form is clearly different.
