cut-here line

A typically dotted line with a scissors symbol (though sometimes other instruments or a direction indicator might be shown), indicating a line along with something should be cut. Often used in tattoos to imply decapitation or amputation.

Also used in a twitter strip game variant in which strips of a shirt worn by a character are cut off as the numbers of likes and retweets increase.
