She is portrayed with long blonde hair, green eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit (shared with her sisters) consists of a black beret, white cropped jacket, sleeveless white crop top, red choker, red skirt, white belt, white highleg panties, black thighhighs, grey knee boots, and black gloves.
Her rigging consists of two hull pieces with her 152 mm triple gun mounts, two per side and with anchor chains.
Historically named after the Pacific country of the same name (under British rule as a colony), her class was essentially a scaled down version of the preceding Town-class light cruisers (specifically, the Edinburgh design) to conform with the lower 8,000 ton displacement limit for cruisers under the Second London Treaty (as opposed to 10,000 tons in the previous Washington and First London Treaties).
