Bowser from the Super Mario series, transformed and twisted by (even more) evil.

First appeared in Super Smash Bros. Melee as a boss, and despite still technically being Bowser, this form is considered to be unique to the Smash Bros. series. It became Bowser's Final Smash starting with Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
