hans christian andersen (fate)
Caster-class Servant of Sessyoin Kiara in Fate/Extra CCC based on the Danish author of the same name.
He appears as a child who has messy blue hair and wears a formal outfit. Albeit he has an adult voice due to him intentionally manifesting that way to remind himself of his childhood and forget about his chaotic adult life.
Gains an adult version in the Summer 2020 event of Fate/Grand Order.
