A Sarkaz mercenary leader who worked with Rhodes Island's precursor, Babel, alongside Ines and W.
After the fall of that organization, he joined the Reunion movement under Theresis' orders, but later returned to Londinium with Ines after uncovering Talulah's secret.
He is one of the main characters during the second arc of the main story.
His voice actors are Hosoya Yoshimasa (Japanese), Su Zhihao (Chinese), Jason Spisak (English), and Jang Min-hyuk (Korean). His art designer is Shutun, while his original NPC art was made by Ryuuzaki ichi.
