A character in Lupin III. He is a samurai descended from the legendary Ishikawa Goemon. He is part of Lupin's posse.
He has an often parodied catchphrase, "またつまらぬものを斬ってしまった。。。" (Once again, I've cut another worthless thing...), which he mutters after cutting down an opponent.
