A character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
The inheritor to the Mjölnir tome and a recurring antagonist, her mind is riddled with doubt between choosing the side of justice and fighting for her dearly beloved Julius. Choosing the latter of those options, she ends up confronting Seliph several times throughout the adventure, all the while secretly helping Arvis combat the Child Hunts initiated by Julius in spite of her love for the latter. Ishtar ultimately meets her demise near Belhalla, falling in battle to the liberation army in a last stand.
