lucian (pokemon)
Lucian, known as Goyou (ゴヨウ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
This polite and soft-spoken fellow is the Psychic-type user of the Sinnoh Elite Four. He spends his time enjoying a good book as he awaits his next challenger (official bio).
He has blue eyes and shoulder-length wavy blue hair with parted bangs. He wears glasses, a black collared shirt, a long-sleeve red jacket with a white pocket square and closed with a single button, red pants, and black shoes.
