magnius (tales)

Magnius the Pyroclasm is an antagonist in Tales of Symphonia and one of the Desian Grand Cardinals. He is in charge of the Palmacosta Human Ranch. Like many Desian he's a half-elf.
He fights using an axe, a shield with claws, and fire-based magic.
