missing legwear

A character who normally wears pantyhose or thighhighs is shown without their legwear, with bare legs instead.

This tag shouldn't be used when legwear isn't expected to be worn, such as when wearing a swimsuit, wearing underwear only, going nude, or wearing an alternate costume that isn't expected to have legwear.
