Nero Claudius Bride in her Third Ascension outfit from Fate/Grand Order. This is an adapted version of her Second Ascension outfit, notably that her veil is much longer, the flowers in her hair are replaced with a laurel, the detached white sleeves become much puffier and longer, some of the buckles on her leotard are missing, a new dress layer is added to the leotard, and her thighhighs are zipped up.
She's also seen wearing this in the Princess of the White Rose Craft Essence (post #4074775).
