In this costume, she wears a playboy bunny outfit that resembles her daughter's Furi Furi Bunny Dress, where she wears a black/grey vest worn over a black dress with a side slit, a white sleeveless collared shirt with center frilled shirt, a black pantyhose, a thigh strap, black high heels, white wrist cuffs, a titled black mini top hat, a black bowtie, as well as a black rabbit ear hairband.
Her hairstyle is the same as her default outfit, having her hair tied in a braided ponytail that hangs over her shoulder.
