Pioneer is a playable character in Reverse:1999. An awakened mannequins, he is a gentleman that is versed in the world of business. He is friends with Joe, and is one of the protagonist in the event "Floor It! To the Golden City" as a man of reason that helped Joe making decisions.
He is voiced by Blythe Melin in English and Ito Eiji in Japanese.
