A male angel character who debuts in the sixth episode of the second season of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (also known as New PSG), alongside his older brother, Polyester, and is a cousin of the Anarchy Sisters.
He is depicted with blue eyes, gradient purple-pink hair with blunt bangs, black earrings, black nails, a black choker, a sleeveless v-neck black spandex suit with a visible bulge and a thigh cutout, and a white cloth belt around his waist.
Similar to his older brother, he has a similarly-inflated ego (which, again, is mostly due to his privileged access to new-age tech) and gets impetuous when situations are left out of his and Polyester's control.
