Character from Mobile Suit Gundam. He is a Zeon veteran military officer and mobile suit ace. His mecha of choice is the Gouf (not the Zaku, boy, not the Zaku...).
No relation to Ral-san from Gundam Build Fighters, who is only nicknamed such for bearing an uncanny resemblance to him.
