An NPC from Goddess of Victory: Nikke. She is the former leader of Melee and the older sister of Scarlet.
She and her sister were members of the Nikke squad Melee, a squad of mass-produced Nikkes which specialized in melee combat. In reality, the UFH was deliberately sabatoging their squad in a "survival of the fittest" where they were sent on increasingly dangerous missions in order to remodel the last surviving member as a Grimms model. Upon realizing this, Rose incited a mutiny and murdered their former commander alongside other members of their squad who opposed the idea. Scarlet would eventually clash her sister in a duel, resulting in Rose's eventual demise. Rose was also the original wielder of Fleetly Fading, Scarlet's signature weapon.
Over a century later, Rose would be resurrected through unknown means by "Mirror", an AI projection that mimics the late Red Shoes.
Rose has very long wavy grey hair with a single hair intake and bangs hanging between her eyes, brown eyes, large breasts and a mole above her left eye and one by her collarbone. She wears a grey/brown bodysuit, a short black sleeveless dress with a cleavage cutout, black and red two-tone gloves, a black belt and a pair of black high heel platform boots. She also has a thigh pouch on her right leg and a red hair ribbon with headgear in her hair. After being resurrected, Rose now also has a black lace-trimmed blindfold, black and red roses over her right eye and her bodysuit is now torn.
