    シャンティ shantae シャンティ(Shantae)

    Main character of the Shantae series. A guardian half-genie whose job it is to protect Scuttle Town from danger, which is often pirate attacks from Risky Boots. Her main method of attack is her long hair which she uses as a whip and she performs various magical dances to transform into various forms.

    Shantae is a belly dancer who usually dons a bedlah. Her attire consists of a red o-ring top with a matching pair of harem pants and red pointy shoes. Gold jewelry has a significant role in her design with a hair ornament that gives her a high ponytail, a pair of bracers, hoop earrings, and a circlet. She also wears a purple choker to match her very long purple hair.

    Mimic is her adopted uncle.
