skyscraper

超高層ビル 高層ビル 摩天楼 摩天大楼 摩天大厦 高層建築 超高層建築物

A large, continuously habitable building with multiple floors. In modern sources, the height of a skyscraper is defined as being at least 100 meters or 150 meters, but there is no universally accepted definition. Historically, when these types of buildings began to be built in the 1880s, the term first referred to buildings of 10 to 20 stories. Skyscrapers include offices, hotels, residential space, and retail space.
