suzunami (kancolle)

涼波 涼波(艦隊これくしょん) 涼波(艦これ)

Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Suzunami. Character design by Fujikawa.

She has medium-length green hair that gradiates to white. She wears her hair tied entirely into a half updo with a white hair ribbon, thus exposing her forehead.

She wears the standard Yuugumo-class uniform, a purple halterneck pleated dress over a white shirt, blue bowtie and grey pantyhose with a pair of lace-up boots.

In real life, Suzunami led a rather short career like her sister Takanami: she was commissioned on July 27, 1943 only to be sunk by US carrier-based aircraft (including those from Saratoga) in an air raid on Rabaul on November 11, 1943.
