tomachop

Official mascot character of Tomakomai, Hokkaido. It has a swan motif and wears a clam for a hat, haskap for a neck ribbon and a japanese iris attached to its tail, all symbols of the city. The character made an appearance in Umamusume with fellow Tomakomai mascot Hokko Tarumae.
