A Gym Leader of Alfornada's Gym from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Besides being a Gym Leader, Tulip works as a model and a makeup artist. Due to this, Tulip puts a lot of stock into beauty and appearances. She is the childhood friend of Dendra.
Tulip specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon. The final Pokémon she uses in battle is a Terastallized Red Flower Florges.
