A Twitter tournament based around the meme discussing the trend of unconventional-looking characters being considered attractive and popular that started on Tumblr, often to the bewilderment of other websites, said sites having joined in since.

The tournament itself was held on September 6th, 2022, ending with the final match between Sans from Undertale and Reigen Arataka from Mob Psycho 100. Reigen had, leading up to the tournament, won two other tournaments declaring him both Twink Supreme and the Ultimate DILF, so voting for this finale was intense. Sans would ultimately beat Reigen out by 0.1%, to mass celebration. Several memes would spawn out of this, from Elizabeth II passing away in the meantime being attributed to the intensity of the finale, to Toby Fox himself writing a scene depicting the ending. Reigen would then go on to win the Superior MILF, the Hottest Anime Woman, and the True Babygirl in three other tournaments. This would then ultimately be capped off with the official Undertale x Requiem Café event in Anaheim, California serving the unofficial "Reigen Supreme" drink for $4.20 after running out of "Sans Soda".

The tournament was later rerun on Tumblr, and won by Cecil Palmer from Welcome to Night Vale.
