The 2017 version of Yuki Miku. The theme for the 2017 design contest was "Stars/constellations of winter Hokkaido", with the winning design by Nishina hima.

Her fan nickname is "Twinkle-chan".

She has blue hair bows with star hair ornaments, a sleeveless blue dress decorated with constellation print, blue detached sleeves, and mostly bare legs with a frilled thigh strap. She wields a music baton that acts as a magical wand.

Her theme song is Star Night Snow by Orangestar and nbuna.
