How do I romanize 檜髙?

Siki often gets mistagged for some reason. According to vndb, Wikipedia, the trailer and Purple Software's site, they worked on illustrations of Mirai Nostalgia alongside koku.

I couldn't find more info about them. If someone does find something useful to maybe qualify the tag, that would be great!

Their name is 錫i and their circle name is Sleepy. They seem to be Japanese but they didn't provide a romanization on the accounts I found, so I'd go with suzui_(sleepy).

EDIT: I was on the phone earlier, now that I'm on the PC I saw there's a tag for them already: suzu_i.

Not sure if this is exactly the right thread, but it does involve artists, so I'll stick it here.

This piece is found on Artstation, however the overall sample watermark composition printed on it line up more with the kind of things done on Weibo than on Artstation, not to mention the different names. I'm fairly certain this person is an art thief, however...I can't find anything using the names printed on this image as to who could've actually drawn it. All trails lead back to here, and here is very shady. What should be done then?
