Posting another request for the return of the +/- buttons.

They're extremely convenient, especially for longer tags. New users who don't know what the buttons do are even less likely to know they even can add or remove terms from their searches manually. Clicking on one of the +/- buttons and seeing what it does is probably the quickest way someone's going to learn how to refine their search without expressly asking.

I know there's currently a workaround of sorts with Tapermonkey, but I think they really should remain part of the default experience instead of something users have to seek out and prep on every device they'd want to use the site on.

I think I have a bug because in the tab "my account" in the part where it says upload limit shows me a 10/9 and when I select the 10 to see which are my uploaded images only shows me 5 images which are pending approval and none of them is appealed, I changed the status to modqueue and also only shows me the 5 images that are pending approval, and I tried to reload the page several times and still the same bug

post #7331102 was manually deleted. Manually deleted posts take up 5 upload slots. So, you have 4 pending uploads, and one recently manually deleted upload, for 9 upload slots total being used.

It has really thrown off my search practices to no longer have the quick add or subtract ability of the +/-. Almost every time I used the site I'd refine with that feature. It seems obvious the users want the feature returned I don't understand why it has not been re-implemented yet.

Then why not make them appear when you hover over the tag?

Or even better just hide them in CSS like AI tags and let people do whatever they want with them in custom CSS

I'm still having the issue. I'm on safari too. I have noticed before that when the browser gets an update it might influence how the site works, like when google changed its query placement from a single continuous line to multiple lines (which is also very annoying), Danbooru's query got changed too. But I don't know if that has anything to do with this.

I too, wish for the return of the +/- tag. It's very hard to type out some of the tags on mobile and computer. I don't know why they got removed, it's only make things harder for me.

If the emoji feature is here to stay, then there should be some kind of a page where you can see the original sources for them, like help:emoji. It's odd that Danbooru strives to credit the artists and include the original source as much as possible yet you can't easily tell who originally made each of the drawn emoji.
