Two images locked to Q that need to be S:
Rationale: Both are of the same two girls in swimsuits with no sexual content beyond posing with some moderate cleavage.
I threw it in explicit for the time being. I feel the existence of a used condom immediately makes the sexual nature of the image apparent, warranting an explicit rating, however there are many posts that do not follow such assumptions (used_condom -rating:e). I'm wondering if this is intended or a passive byproduct of multiple different tagging styles.
howto:rate lists "Clearly visible sexual fluids (cum and pussy juice)." -- does it count if it's neatly bagged up in latex?
I would vote yes for making all instances of used condom explicit. The rule seems clear there, IMHO.

Cameltoe, like erect nipples, is inherently sexual -- displaying parts of the body normally considered taboo through fabric. I don't see how this is even controversial.
I don't think that the percentage of use of any tag is necessarily a guide to how it's properly used. But, in this case, given the lack of accompanying erect nipples, I'm no longer even sure if that is an *actual* cameltoe in those pictures or not or just a fold in the fabric. I'll pass on my objections.

TheBigN and Inferno apparently think that those posts are E, but looking at the pictures themselves and at howto:rate, I find no reason not to rate them Q. Whether or not they should be tagged loli is a matter I will leave to other people.
The howto:rate wiki says exposed areolae are questionable, but would a small areola slip also be questionable?
Unless I'm missing something here, I'm pretty sure the image is safe. But I rather not let it go through a pointless tag edit war so asking here.
