You're right, although it's "hand grenade" (榴弾手-ryuudan te;i.e. projectile + hand), although it's supposed to be written (手榴弾-teryuudan; hand projectile).

It literally reads, "After that, if we get some hand grenades, also a flamethrower, it would be good", so I modified the translation to reflect the changes.

I believe these guys might have a few ideas.

I think the 榴弾 here might actually refer to the High Explosive shells for the tanks.

They're gonna want to put Ole Stubby back on the Panzer IV. Far better for anti-infantry zombie HE applications than the KwK40 L/43 they put on it later.
