That's probably her, but she has the face and body of NuiNui or some other Light Cruiser who I can't seem to put my finger on.

I don't think so. I would say it's Akigumo. I know, the colors don't exactly match, but it's in the range of artistic freedom. At least the eye color matches. And it would make sense from her character and her boots look like the Yuugumo class ones.
