Bauxite, probably. Be mindful to use only green planes (or just green machine guns) when you decide to take her or any other carrier to PvP matches for EXP. Also, since her speed is 'slow' which will also slow the entire fleet down, in event that usually means less favorable or longer routing.

I just got Shimakaze and Yukikaze while I was trying to build Subs
