Under our current naming standard this is wrong, it should just be artoria_pendragon_(royal_icing)_(fate).

I don't think so, it's not a version of Artoria but a costume for Lancer Alter, and we already have the same convention for jeanne_d'arc_(alter)_(festival_outfit)_(fate) artoria_pendragon_(lancer_alter)_(traveling_outfit)_(fate) and diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(saber)_(festival_outfit)_(fate). And to a lesser extent things like Alter swimsuits such as jeanne_d'arc_(alter_swimsuit_berserker)_(fate), we don't omit the Alter part in favour of just "swimsuit berserker".

It's a lot of qualifiers and they could probably be merged in one qualifier (à la the swimsuits, "Lancer Alter Traveling Outfit"), but then that also has to be done for the others I listed above. Omitting the Lancer Alter part outright seems wrong either way.

I was thinking about the artoria tags (artoria_pendragon_(swimsuit_ruler)_(fate) for example), but then the alternative in that case as you said would be Artoria Pendragon (Lancer Alter Traveling Outfit) (Fate). Eh, whatever.
