Is there a tag for 69 as a joke/meme referencing the sex position, and not the sex position itself? Perhaps just innuendo?

How should I tag a character who transform into another character, if the difference is mainly base on mannerism rather then appearance? I try to tag post #5221083 which Marina in the illust is actually Takopii in disguise with usage of Transformation Palette, but not sure about how to tag.

I think I should tag something like transformed_ditto but still not sure. So I ask here for clarification.
