As for my question, someone I spoke with messaged the guy on twitter about it being ai. I pointed out that they could clearly prove this isn't ai if they would just show the layers of their work or send the work file. Artists aren't required to provide proof to counter your delusions, you are the one that needs to come with proof.

No one is bullying you. People just rightfully grew tired of you accusing every random artist you come across on this site without ever providing any proof except "this looks weird." This forum ain't a playground for your personal trophy hunt.

Hate to be the deliverer of bad news but I know several people who commissioned that artist and they all got wips and progress reports from them. I actually have one in oder too at the moment and so far what they have shown me all looks legit.
AI Assisted? The artist could draw in the past before AI, but their style changed to something similar to stable diffusion.

Gonna need a second opinion in this, tattoos seem inconsistent but it could just be the artist getting a little lazy.
