AI-generated art check thread

I think other people pointed out some more points, but the way the braid melts into the collarbone is quite tell-tale for AI, and not something a human does.

I missed the collarbone, you're right about that

Is kyuort AI-gen? The frills on Merry's bra in post #10443627 looks like it's blending with Renko's hair, and the weird lines extending from Renko's right hand.

The fingers in general are all messed up and Maribel's hair end is something Picasso would... mock and laugh at.

The trigrams on the mini-hakkero in post #8875323 look messed up in a way that seems like it was AI-generated.

Buttons are out of shape, apron frills are a garbled mess and the hair is looping on itself.

along with post #8795832

Jo'on's eyebrows and eyelids are distorted by hair, which cuts off when it reaches eyes, her pendant is wrong.

Some of the blue in Shion's hair in asset #41015088 looks like it bled out to Jo'on's hair.

The labels on Shion are off. 督促, 差し押, rightmost on her hairbow is just a squiggle. Actually post #8820177 also has an error on sleeve, 請求書 (last one's top part shouldn't have 4 horizontal lines joint together) and overall the labels are either oddly sharp or blurry.

The pattern on Reimu's hair bow on the left in post #9316530 doesn't match the one on the left.

The whole picture is very pixelated, Marisa's braid feels off, frills under the hat and Reimu's clothes are again garbled.

post #9933519 got flagged as AI but I'm suspicious of the flag - The argument literally appears to just be that she has extra ears and two buttons on her shorts. The point about the animal ear piercing makes no sense either, what's supposed to be wrong with it?

They didn't flag the other version nor any of the artist's other work...

Edit: Looks like @Artxe tagged all of the artist's work as AI-generated: is there a source for that?

I brought this artist up earlier in the thread, but it didn't really prompt any further discussion. I noticed that too, but wanted to double check before doing anything.

I have no real opinion either way because it feels like one of those cases where the style makes it ambiguous and there doesn't seem to be any clear tells - at least, I didn't notice any. Just thought it was odd that only one of the set was suddenly flagged.

Regarding aquaberrymarine

The tweet quotes a "draft" with with obvious AI generated eyes, hair brooch, and weird hair drills around her chest.
In this "final" version, the ribbon on the top left turns into a hair drill at the end.

The necktie, shoelaces, and inconsistent hairpins, especially on the middle pose: the lines make no sense

In other tweets,

look at the shoelaces and skirt patterns, and inconsistent hairpins

look at the patterns on the shoe soles, panty patterns, and sweater buttons.

Seems ai-generated to me.

Not sure if it's useful, but I did notice that after magnifying some of the pictures (like post #10475324) the contours (and shading in this case) were very distinct in pixelation and very sharp at that. This could rule out using a tablet.

The coloring is pixelated in an interesting way, but that doesn't really suggest AI-generation, and the lines look human to me - the slight blemishes on the left ear and sidelock feel human, as well as the somewhat sloppy coloring on the collarbone in a way that you don't really see from AI. From the style I could see AI-assisted applying here but I'm not really convinced of full generation.

Backreading, I will say that this isn't a great look, though.

The argument isn't just that she has extra ears, it's that none of their other "art" of the equestria girls style of gals have extra ears. The earring on her horse ear is melting
I also can't flag a ton of works because of the whole limited flags thing. I've been going through and analyzing the biggest culprits, namely post #9933605 which gives her extra fingers on her left hand (our right)
