The drawing quality is mediocre at best. Her breasts are dangling in a way that, while not unrealistic, is quite unappealing to most guys. The perspective is quite weird and if that is her hand with the claws she would have to have a very long upper arm to reach down along her side and then forward to get in frame again (I hope that last bit made sense).

Not sure if you are asking why this didnt get approved or not. If not, great! If so: Its a rather bland image, kinda lowres and with a slightly weird looking torso. Dont really agree that it is "poor" quality but I would not have approved it either.
What is the problem with this image?
Why was this deleted. It's an original artwork with the finest quality.
All artworks did not get any approval from any moderators and were deleted. These are better than what the previous artist had in his/her previous works in this site. Would like to get a reason why moderators did not like it.

The quality is pretty poor overall, mostly visible by the anatomical issues (stomach/hips look weird and don’t match the shoulders, anti-gravity boobs) and poor shading (mostly discretely colored areas with blurred edges, shadows all over the place with no consistent light source, hair looks like plastic).
Personally, I also think the background doesn’t fit at all. It would fit some cool action pose with a gun or sword better.
I don’t know what compelled someone to approve post #3077425 because it’s also quite meh, but I guess it was just barely above the approval threshold. This post is below threshold. Just because one post by an artist was approved doesn’t mean that others by the same artist will be as well.
PS: Incorrect tags or rating usually aren’t a reason for disapproval because they can be fixed easily, so fixing them doesn’t mean the post will be approved.
PPS: Stop attempting to add post #3077425 as a parent or child to unrelated posts. See help:post relationships. It will not increase the chances of other posts to be approved and can get you banned for tag vandalism (again).

Well, I think the difference between these two posts mostly lines in how the hips are drawn.
While we get an vire from above on the deleted post, the lower body still looks extremely small, especially the abdomen. Navel isn't in the right place.
Of course the other post that I've approved isn't that great, either. But I couldn't see any more flaws than the rather flat face. But I could understand if it gets flagged.

So I'm confused as to why this didn't make the cut, and I would appreciate feedback before I consider an appeal.

Just for the record: Score and favourite count has no effect on if a post will be approved or not.
