Character from Project Moon.
A member of the New League of Nine. He was kidnapped by Jumsoon of the Ring to conduct research, although his relationship with the Finger appears to be on more friendly terms.
Later revealed to be conspiring with former members of the Ring during the events of Canto VI.
Formerly a compatriot of Yi Sang, being one of the members of the original League of Nine.
