A character from the manga and anime One Piece.

He is Doc Q's horse, who is seldom seen without his mount due to his sickly and weak constitution (the poor animal is in a similarly dismal shape as his rider, but has strength, stamina and endurance far beyond what his sickly appearance might suggest, proving him a valuable asset in battle).

At some point, he ate or was fed the Horse-Horse Fruit, Model Pegasus, granting him the ability to grow wings and fly, increasing his fighting capabilities further.
