I don't particularly care for whether this should be a tag or nuked as title parody exists and I don't know if people care for this specific thing so will put just a nuke BUR below. Pretty simple concept though.

This really should just be title parody. Parody is often for, but not necessarily specifically for, comedic effect. Perverting a title can be considered comedic depending on who you ask and I don't think we need to fine grain down that far down and split title parody's tagging.
pool #4172 feels like it can easily be converted to a tag, but I don't have a great name for it (I don't think the current name is any good as a tag). I'll let people who care about the subject matter propose the BURs.

This is a pretty cumbersome name, but I guess if that's what TVTropes calls it we can go with it. I think we could come up with something better though, something along the lines of unhurt, unphased, underreacting, ignoring injury, ignoring pain, etc.

There's a similar concept in wrestling called the no sell, where the attacked has no reaction to the attacker's action (with TVTropes broadening its use outside of wrestling), though that might not cleanly overlap with what that pool/tag is about.

Gonna throw this in here before I forget when I wake up later but pool #11806 (Technology Marches On) could probably work as a tag but I'm unsure on a name. Best I could come up with on 2% energy was out of touch.
I'm not much better right now personally, but I did think of out of date or technology blind. Not sure if any of those are good ideas, but I do know "Technology Marches On" really isn't a good name for a tag about characters being out of touch with technology.

I like stuck in the past the most so far; I'd like technologically illiterate, but I don't think it works with something like post #8021937. outdated knowledge works too.
"stuck in the past" sounds like the most applicable one to characters acting on outdated knowledge (most noteworthy Maruzensky (Umamusume) going by her having her own dedicated pool to the subject), as well as both not clunky and unlikely to be mistaken for any other related concept. Add in another vote for that one from me.
