For pool #5612 itself, you can see from the fact that post #184472 is censored that the cake might be a lie. This is subject to interpretation, however, which is why it cannot be tagged.

I'm not sure if I can find examples from other memes though.

It has clear references to portal (such as the cosplay). a the_cake_is_a_lie tag would work

And I believe if_they_mated for 2 female characters is more often drawn then for hetero pairings anyway.
The remark about touhou and using the "let's make touhou kids" pool is also wrong, as I noted in topic #9489

That would make sense at first, but both of those were moved to tags over 2 years ago. I doubt people would still search for those pools 2 years after they were last used.

I think this pool can be merged into the expressive clothes tag, at least the part that doesn't involve parodies of other copyrights, which in turn can be tagged with the copyrights.

Clothes or an object worn by a character that changes to match the character's mood or to show their thoughts.
This can include text on clothes (like post #357728) or an accessory moving as if it was part of the character's body (like post #432551).

This is starting to go out of hand... People are adding pics of Kokoro with masks that she doesn't have in her possession, even if that mask is original and not from any series...

Just clean up the pool, remove the ones that don't fit, and edit the description to clarify things. Problem solved.

Everything is covered by surprised, so just delete BOTH.

And on #7136 the first reason you state is utterly wrong for the simple reason that people with out pay accounts can ONLY search TWO tags NOT three. The Second reason is more valid. NEVER use the first argument for a pool deletion justification as it's meaning you're removing pools due to not paying 20bux or more to use image collection board.

Surprised is VERY undertagged for that pool. Go around and actively add the tags first.

Pools whose only reason for existence is to get around the tag limit are deleted. Hundreds of these pools have been deleted. If member-level users can just create pools for every 3-5 tag combination there is no incentive to upgrade.

Also you can earn upgrades, you don't have to pay for them.

The vast majority of people who get to that tier are paying. It's still not a good argument you're making. And really with that justification 90% off the pools should be removed and we should only have Manga/webseries pools...

You're wasting your time arguing this. We'd sooner get rid of the search limit than let these pools live.

The 2 tag limit is not a common sense policy or a technical requirement; we (or albert) put this policy in place deliberately to give us something to reward regular users with for contributing work or money. These pools circumvent this policy, so we make it policy to remove them.

If we deleted all collection pools, then we would only be deleting 7% of pools, not 90%.
